In our state-of-the-art kitchen, we exclusively cook with olive oil and consciously avoid fried dishes, as we want to offer our guests healthy, full-flavoured Italian-Mediterranean cuisine. Furthermore, we only use market-fresh produce. Convince yourself of our excellent pizza, pasta, fish and meat dishes. 

Daily Specials – Monthly Specialties 

From Monday to Friday, Restaurant Centro Basel offers four reasonably priced lunch menus each day. You can find these daily on our homepage under 'Tagesmenu' (Daily Menu)! We look forward to welcoming you. 

A menu of seasonal dishes is added monthly to our already delightful carte du jour.
